Minimum Education Required: Graduation from a post-secondary academic institution with an Associate degree or higher, preferably in business administration, public administration, English, or communications is required. Minimum Experience Required: Three (3) years of full-time paid experience working at a financial aid administration and/or college or career office, including interacting with the post-secondary admission process. Experience with financial aid systems is desirable but not required. Equivalency clause: Graduation with a four-year degree may substitute for two (2) of the required three (3) years of experience. Additional years of experience cannot substitute for the required education.
