Your Tasks

As Team Lead CMI for Derma & Health Care at Beiersdorf, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of our brands and driving consumer-centric strategies across our diverse portfolio. Here's what you'll be responsible for:

•    Drive consumer first thinking & consumer centricity within the Derma & Health Care organization 
•    Serving as a strategic business partner to develop and steer a unified global brand strategy for Eucerin and Health Care/Hansaplast.
•    Plan, steer and monitor strategy, innovation and best-in-class market research projects 
•    Drive the digital transformation of Beiersdorf’s global market research unit with frontrunner state-of the art market research approaches 
•    Embrace (digital) consumer centricity: actively fueling the business with consumer insights; drive usage of new tools & technologies (AI, NLP, machine-learning etc.) 
•    Take a leading role in identifying lose data points, connect the dots between different data sources, identify patterns by smart analyses and derive actionable consumer insights for the business. 
•    Untap the potential of big consumer data with the help of AI-based solutions for next level consumer insighting 
•    Disciplinary lead of a team with 4 direct reports

Your Profile

To excel in this role, you should bring:

•    8 plus years of professional market research expertise in research agency, Management Consulting Firm and/or FMCG industry 
•    Master in Business Administration or Socio-Economics 
•    Experience in leading teams of advantage
•    Highly experienced in market research ad-hoc methodology and proven use of a future-proof repertoire of research tools 
•    Digital Mindset and experience with new digital market research tools 
•    Excellent analytical skills, especially in the transfer of research results & connecting various data points into actionable marketing decisions 
•    A strong business partner mindset and a preference for experience in the Derma & Health Care business
•    Building good working relationships with internal stakeholders of different departments to drive cross-functional cooperation and information flow. 
•    Outstanding communication skills paired with strong persuasiveness 
•    Strong ability to working in teams, reliability and can-do attitude 
•    Curiosity and enjoying creative, solution-oriented work

•    Proven skills in MS Office (Excel, Word, PPT)
•    Fluency in English (in speech and writing)
