Conduct criminal background checks on all employees and volunteers, report results to appropriate personnel and maintain files.

Monitor and track all district matched 403b contributions for certified and non-certified staff. Maintain this information on a spreadsheet for severance purposes upon retirement.
Maintain confidentiality in all aspects of the job

Conduct research and data gathering for the Superintendent.
Monitor teacher licensure, Update seniority lists, approve lane changes
Set up annual training for staff.
Order service/retirement awards for staff
Track all payroll related budget changes within the year and report to the Superintendent
Advertise job openings using appropriate mediums. Contact substitutes and get them active on Frontline.
Update and maintain all job descriptions throughout the district.
Ensure yearly reviews are completed for all staff members.
Assist in recruiting and orienting new staff members.
Manages the financial affairs of the District, Bank signer
Purchase orders, activities budget, special projects
Attends all Board and Finance committee meetings
Bank Reconciliation, Book Wire Payments, Bank Fees, Post Deposits
Journal entries, Book State Aids, IDEAS SERVS, audit prep
LCTS reporting
Prepares levies for certification
Coordinate and participate in contract negotiations
Completes all federal and state reports encompassing the position
Assumes all other duties as assigned by the Superintendent.
