Your role
You will:
• build and deepen relationships by providing exceptional wealth management services and solutions helping retain assets and drive various business initiatives that are in line with the WAC’s growth plan
• continue a successful career in a growing wealth management business with strong earning potential and career advancement
• accept referrals from other lines of business, owning all appointments and outreaches assigned in an effort to deliver financial advice, guidance and a white glove experience
• understand and adhere to compliance and operational procedures and requirements
• develop professionally through ongoing wealth management training led by a team of experienced professionals, internal business partners across UBS, and external partnerships
• collaborate with internal teams to address beneficiary concerns and deliver optimal solutions
Detailed salary information:
• New Jersey, North Carolina: the salary range for this role is $55000 to $77000.
The expected salary range(s) for this role as of the date of this posting is/are based on factors including, but not limited to, experience, qualifications, education, location and skill level. Our team currently serves over 200,000 clients. Our clients are served over the phone by a team of more than 300 professionals including both Financial Advisors and Client Service Associates who work individually with clients to understand their needs and assist them in achieving their goals.
You’ll be working as part of the Legacy Transition Team acting as a key liaison between beneficiaries and internal teams, offering clear guidance while addressing any challenges that may arise during the complex process of asset transitioning from decedents.
Your expertise
• 2+ years of experience in a relevant role
• SIE (mandatory), Series 7 and Series 66 (or equivalent) must be obtained within 150 days of accepting the position
• familiarity with probate processes, trust administration, and post-mortem services
• an ability to work with diverse clients, including executors, trustees, and beneficiaries, often in emotionally sensitive situations
• proficiency in analyzing and completing complex cases with a high level of accuracy
• excellent written and verbal communication skills

• emotionally sensitive, offering support to grieving beneficiaries while maintaining professionalism
• able to adjust to varying beneficiary and business needs, estate complexities, and evolving regulations
• adaptable with the capacity to remain composed and focused in high-pressure or emotionally charged situations

• capable of managing cases independently, with a high degree of ownership and responsibility
