About the Role

As our Fitness Manager, you’ll lead the daily operations of our luxury fitness center, supervise and inspire a team of wellness professionals, and curate a dynamic calendar of group classes, personal training, and Member-focused health initiatives. You’ll be a hands-on leader, collaborator, and motivator who brings energy, ideas, and innovation to everything you do.

What You’ll Do:

• Oversee all Fitness Center operations, programming, and team development

• Supervise, train, and schedule a team of attendants, trainers, and instructors

• Design and promote innovative group classes and a robust offering personal training services

• Maintain our premium facility and equipment to the highest standard

• Deliver elevated, hospitality-driven experiences to Members and guests

• Work collaboratively across departments to support Club-wide wellness initiatives

• Lead with positivity, professionalism, and Club values

Who You Are

• A natural leader and relationship-builder

• Passionate about wellness and hospitality

• Certified in personal training or group fitness (ACE, NASM, etc. preferred)

• CPR/AED certified (or willing to obtain)

• Experienced in team leadership and fitness programming (4–5 years preferred)

• Excited to grow in a high-end, island resort environment
