As a Drop and Hook Yard Driver at Arcadia Beverage, you'll be responsible for operating trucks and moving trailers throughout the facility. This role is very important in maintaining an organized and efficient yard operation.

Requirements

What You’ll Do:

• Drop and hook trailers and change the configuration of equipment as necessary.
• Maneuver tractor and trailers to different locations on the yard switching out empty trailers with full trailers at various dock doors around the plant.
• Load and unload empty bottles to trailers.
• Operate forklift when needed.
• Load and Unload empty pallets to the production floor.
• Assist with maintaining inventory of trailers and raw materials in the trailer yard
• Ensure safety, quality, and food safety by following company rules and standards, enforcing the requirements, and communicating violations or concerns to the leadership team.

• Drivers who are least 21 years of age and have a minimum of 6 months verifiable experience, within the past three years.
• No major preventable accident in the past three years.
• Some experience with technology helpful (i.e. smartphone and/or tablet)

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to stand for extended periods, lift heavy objects, and work in a factory environment with exposure to various temperatures and noise levels.
• Must be able to stand, kneel, and lift/move up to 50 pounds.
