PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Answer phone, take orders for propane and liquid fuel and answer questions about accounts. 
  • Take sales calls for new propane and liquid fuel customer and fill out all appropriate paperwork. 
  • Provide assistive information to sales staff and drivers as needed.
  • Enter propane and fuel orders into dispatching software.   
  • Enter truck gallons into tracking spreadsheet.
  • Assist the with annual accounting functions of billing low usage fees, differential fees, budget calculations, enrollment fees and various other billing functions.
  • Assist customers and the team with various functions relating to contracts during the contract season. Post and merge petroleum and propane batches daily to ensure accurate, timely billing.
  • Update existing tank information and set up new tanks in the system as needed. Code invoices for expenses.
  • Organize transport load paperwork for processing as needed. Post and merge service batches.
  • Scan and file service orders.

Requirements

  

SECONDARY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Assist Administration Manager with special projects as needed. 
  • Cross-train to support Agronomy office staff as needed.
  • All other duties assigned.

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:


1. Ability to read, count, and write to accurately complete all documentation.

2. Ability to work long varied hours/days as business dictates.

3. Must have high school diploma or equivalent.

4. Willing to travel locally for meetings and training as needed.
