The School of Engineering is seeking candidates for the Student Worker - Team Engineering Ambassador role.
Members of Team Engineering serve as ambassadors for the School of Engineering during recruiting activities such as Open Houses and other special events.
Main Responsibilities:
- assist faculty and staff during panels and presentations
- interact with prospective students and their families
- lead tours
Learning Objectives:
- Gain an understanding of professionalism and confidence working in a fast paced academic environment.
- Gain knowledge of campus resources.
- Provide quality customer service.
- Develop public speaking and presentation skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Friendly and outgoing
- Upper level (junior, senior) engineering student
- Familiar with the labs in the STEM Building and Armstrong Hall
