Position Summary:
The Talent Acquisition Partner is responsible for managing the full-cycle recruitment process for CSR. Reporting to the Associate Director of Human Resources, this role partners closely with Human Resource Program Liaisons to align recruitment strategies with agency-wide needs. This position supervises the Talent Acquisition Assistant and leads sourcing efforts across platforms such as ADP, LinkedIn, Indeed, and community channels. The Talent Acquisition Partner plays a critical role in advancing CSR’s employer brand, building inclusive candidate pipelines, and delivering a positive candidate experience.

Key Responsibilities:
Recruitment Strategy & Management:

  • Lead and manage the full recruitment lifecycle for roles across CSR—from job posting to offer stage.

  • Collaborate with Human Resource Program Liaisons to design recruitment strategies aligned with program needs and organizational values.

  • Supervise and mentor the Talent Acquisition Assistant, fostering a supportive and high-performing team environment.

  • Utilize sourcing tools (e.g., ADP, LinkedIn, Indeed) to identify and engage qualified candidates.

  • Draft compelling job postings and recruitment materials aligned with CSR’s mission and DEI goals.

Candidate Sourcing & Relationship Building:

  • Proactively build diverse candidate pipelines for entry-level through leadership roles.

  • Develop and maintain relationships with prospective candidates, industry networks, and community partners.

  • Conduct outreach via platforms such as LinkedIn and Indeed to engage both active and passive job seekers.

  • Use recruitment analytics to track key metrics and inform sourcing strategy.

Collaboration & Stakeholder Partnership:

  • Partner with hiring managers and HR Liaisons to understand team needs, culture, and role-specific requirements.

  • Coordinate all aspects of the hiring process to ensure a smooth, timely, and well-communicated experience.

  • Provide guidance to hiring managers on recruitment best practices and equitable evaluation processes.

Recruitment Operations & Compliance:

  • Ensure recruitment practices align with internal policies, values, and all applicable legal standards.

  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in the applicant tracking system (ADP).

  • Stay current on recruitment trends, compliance updates, and emerging tools to keep CSR competitive.

Candidate Experience & Employer Branding:

  • Create a positive and inclusive candidate experience at every touchpoint.

  • Manage interview scheduling, communications, and feedback loops with professionalism and care.

  • Represent CSR as a brand ambassador, conveying the mission and impact of the organization to prospective talent.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Demonstrated success in full-cycle recruiting and sourcing strategies.

  • Proficient in recruitment platforms including ADP, LinkedIn, and Indeed.

  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.

  • Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining attention to detail.

  • Data-savvy with experience tracking and analyzing recruitment metrics.

  • Collaborative mindset with the ability to work cross-functionally.

  • Commitment to CSR’s mission, with a strong focus on diversity, equity, and inclusion.

Education & Experience:

  • Minimum of 5 years of recruitment experience, including strategic sourcing and full-cycle hiring.

  • Experience using ADP or similar applicant tracking systems.

  • Knowledge of employment law and compliance related to hiring practices.
