Your Responsibilities:
- Greet customers promptly and pleasantly.
- Support the Service Advisors and Service Manager as needed.
- Dispatch work to technicians to ensure maximum shop efficiency.
- Answer incoming calls and address inquiries related to service appointments, repairs, and general customer concerns.
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries with accuracy and professionalism.
- Regularly conduct status updates on customer vehicle’s.
- Delivery and picks up of customers and vehicles.
- Explaining charges/Multi Point Inspections to customers if advisors are busy.
- Escort customers to vehicles and explain survey.
- Data entry of Assurance warranties and after-market warranties with advisor’s help.
Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Valid Driver’s License
- Previous customer service experience preferred
- General knowledge of service operations
- Must be organized, reliable, and able to work in a fast-paced environment
