Hybrid Part-Time Counselor (Weekends) bei Harris House

Job Summary:
We are currently seeking a dedicated and compassionate Part-Time Counselor to join our team. This role is ideal for someone looking to make a meaningful impact in a weekend position. The successful candidate will be responsible for facilitating group sessions, conducting insurance reviews, and completing psychosocial assessments.

Key Responsibilities:

• Facilitate therapeutic and educational group sessions

• Conduct insurance utilization reviews as needed

• Complete comprehensive psychosocial assessments

• Collaborate with multidisciplinary team members to support client treatment goals

• Maintain accurate and timely documentation in compliance with regulatory and organizational standards

Qualifications:

• Relevant licensure, LPC or LCSW

• Experience in substance use or mental health treatment settings preferred

• Strong interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills

• Availability to work weekends is required

Schedule:
16–24 hours per week (weekend shifts) and potentially one day a week
