Why this role is different

Our agents bring in 40–50 active listings and up to 8 new homes a week. Organic video—Reels, Shorts, YouTube mini-tours—is now the fastest way to win buyer eyeballs and price-reduction buy-in from sellers.

We’re looking for a Philippines-based creator who can transform raw clips and AI avatars into binge-worthy content that sparks engagement and leads.

Your weekly rhythm:

  • 3–5 short-form videos (30-60 s IG/FB Reels & YouTube Shorts) featuring hot listings, market-minute tips, or neighborhood hooks.
  • 1 long-form cut (2–5 min YouTube or LinkedIn video) that tells a deeper property or agent story.
  • AI-persona snippets using tools like HeyGen, Synthesia, or Veed.io for avatar intros, FAQs, and bilingual captions.
  • Post-open-house recap reel that packages highlights, attendee buzz, and next steps for the seller.

What You'll Do:

  • Storyboard & edit: CapCut, Premiere Pro, DaVinci, Final Cut, Descript—pick your poison as long as the output pops.
  • Leverage AI smartly: Clip-shave with Opus Clip, voice-tweak in Descript, swap backgrounds via CapCut-AI, auto-caption in Veed.io—and log what works so the team levels up.
  • Source & stitch footage: Combine agent-shot iPhone clips, stock b-roll, screen recordings, and avatar talk-heads into a cohesive narrative.
  • Publish & optimize: Upload natively to FB, IG, YT, and LinkedIn; write thumb-stopping thumbnails, titles, and SEO-ready tags.
  • Analyze & iterate: Every Friday, drop a mini-report: views, saves, shares, leads, webinar sign-ups—plus one tweak to test next week.
  • Back the ops: Check the 100-point listing checklist, push weekly seller reports, and coordinate open-house hosts so attendance keeps climbing past 250/mo.

Constantly look for ways to improve the client and agent experience, and practice your craft to elevate your skills.

Requirements

You’ll crush it here if you…

  • Have 2+ years editing for a US residential real-estate team (or similar fast-turn content niche).
  • Can juggle Houston-overlap hours (8 AM – 12 PM CT) while working remotely from anywhere in the PH.
  • Speak fluent Canva, CapCut, Premiere and aren’t afraid to learn tomorrow’s AI tool overnight.
  • Love data: “engagement up 18 % week-over-week” makes your day.
  • Thrive in a women-empowered, do-er culture—where grace under pressure is valued more than titles.
