Position Overview:
As part of the Open Road Collision group DBA Bill Knight Collision, we pride ourselves on delivering high-quality collision repair services with exceptional customer care. Our team is dedicated to restoring vehicles to pre-accident condition while making the repair process as smooth and stress-free as possible for our customers. We're currently seeking a motivated, detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Detailer.
Key Responsibilities:
- Clean and detail vehicle interiors and exteriors using a variety of products and equipment
- Perform thorough vacuuming, washing, waxing, buffing, and polishing
- Remove dirt, grease, tar, and other exterior blemishes
- Clean and treat upholstery, carpets, and other interior surfaces
- Conduct final quality inspections to ensure vehicles meet company standards
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment
- Follow all safety guidelines and PPE requirements
- Report any vehicle damage or repair concerns to the manager

Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Prior experience in auto detailing or related field a plus
- Ability to use detailing tools, power buffers, vacuums, and cleaning chemicals safely
- Strong attention to detail and pride in workmanship
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, physically demanding environment
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
