In This Role, You Will:
- Review and purchase correspondent lender loan files to ensure timely and accurate loan acquisition
- Maintain a minimum of 120 lender loan files purchases per month
- Follow established policies and procedures in the daily execution of the position
- Demonstrate exceptional attention to detail in all aspects of the job
- Foster good relationships with lenders, internal personnel, and other business contacts
- Participate in training and professional development opportunities to improve knowledge, skills, and abilities
- Provide excellent response to all internal and external inquiries
- Maintain professional communication standards in all written and verbal correspondences
- Other duties as assigned
Requirements
- Minimum one year of experience in mortgage lending; experience in title or escrow is a plus
- Proven ability to foster and maintain effective working relationships with other employees, business customers, and clients
- Excellent communication skills
- High attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong organizational and time management skills
