We’re seeking an experienced Training Manager to lead our training team and enable high-impact team member and customer onboarding and training programs. This hands-on role is critical to ensuring our team members and customers have engaging learning experiences that drive real-world results, satisfaction, and product adoption. As the leader of the training team, you will champion AI and automation initiatives and collaborate across the organization to perfect our knowledge resources.

 What you can offer us:

  • The ability to create and deliver impactful, scenario-based training programs rooted in adult learning principles, ensuring customers and team members are confident and successful.
  • Expertise in organizing and guiding customer onboarding initiatives using project management and change management frameworks to drive engagement, enablement, and long-term adoption.
  • Strong skills in developing high-quality training materials across formats (video, interactive modules, documentation) that are easy to use and aligned with our brand voice.
  • Proactive in gathering feedback and using insights to improve training experiences, processes, and outcomes for both customers and employees.
  • Ability to work seamlessly across departments to align training with business goals, support product launches, and enhance knowledge management efforts.
  • Excellent leadership in coaching, developing, and motivating high-performing training teams; ability to foster a positive, inclusive, and customer-centric team culture.
  • A forward-thinking approach to leveraging AI and automation for increased training efficiency and personalization. 
  • A passion for creating “WOW” team member and customer experiences and a deep understanding of how training directly impacts team member and customer satisfaction, retention, and advocacy.

Requirements

  

What you need to succeed: 

  • Proven experience designing and delivering training using adult learning principles, including, for example, ADDIE/ Kirkpatrick’s Four Levels of Evaluation
  • Ability to create hands-on, experiential learning that drives real-world application and behavior change.
  • Strong instructional design skills across multiple modalities (instructor-led, virtual, eLearning, video, documentation).
  • Experience developing enablement content for both internal and external audiences.
  • Demonstrated success in leading high-performing training teams
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to prioritize, plan, and execute complex training initiatives.
  • Proficiency with training and collaboration tools such as:
  • Learning Management Systems (LMS)
  • Content authoring tools (Articulate, Camtasia, Adobe Creative Suite etc.)
  • AI-enhanced platforms (e.g., ChatGPT, Copilot, LibreChat)
  • Project management tools (Jira, Monday, Trello, Smartsheet)

Bonus Qualifications:

  • ATD Certification
  • Experience in customer onboarding, enablement, or customer experience programs
  • Familiarity with customer journey mapping
  • Experience leveraging AI tools to enhance training delivery, content creation, and operational efficiency.
