Your role:

The Manager plays a broad and key role in supporting tax planning initiatives (in the Inbound and Outbound contexts) such as internal restructuring, acquisition and post-acquisition planning, and finance and supply chain structuring.  Your role will also require coordination amongst various internal tax groups and advisors, including supporting transfer pricing.  Finally, you will need to help support the international aspect of the annual compliance and provision processes.

 

Location: Burlington, MA; Hybrid

Travel: <10%; International and Domestic

 

Who You Are:

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (CPA, MST)
  • Minimum 8 years of progressive experience in corporate tax (in-house preferred)
  • Compliance (One Source preferred) and planning experience with complex multinational enterprises including with: GILTI, Subpart F, FDII, 163(j) BEAT, OECD Pillar 2, Tax Treaties, corporate integration and restructuring projects, supply chain planning and transfer pricing matters
  • Experience managing tax and financial audit matters and related risk assessment and tax accounting/reporting matters
  • Ability to work and make decisions independently and in a team environment
  • Flexibility to work across multiple time zones and working hours to support our global organization

 

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Strong skills and abilities in leading and developing team members and in fostering collaboration on complex workflows and multistakeholder interactions
  • Experience assessing, implementing, and utilizing digital tools and processes in relation to tax matters
  • Highly organized, conscientious, self-motivated, and self-directed
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
