Roles & responsibilities:
- Daily, Weekly and Monthly MIS distribution to related parties (Internal and External).
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize and handle high-pressure situations.
- Serve as initial point of contact for customer and for field sales for inquiries.
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries and order. Order entry within same day or next working day.
- Assist customer with order book details and shipment tracking and returns or exchanges, etc.
- Collaborate with other departments to achieve customer requirement.
- Support field sales team to achieve their individual sales targets.
- Customer orientation, understand the process flow and ability to adapt the changes for business development.
- Flexible to work to meet the business expectations.
Requirements:
- Excellent communication (Email and Verbal) and interpersonal abilities.
- Proficiency in Hindi to manage customers across India.
- Proficiency in using computer system and MS Applications.
- Experience working in ERP solutions
