Your main tasks
- Draft, review, and negotiate a wide range of commercial agreements including development, supply, CMO; service, collaboration contracts, and general terms and conditions – in close cooperation with internal stakeholders and executive management
- Lead and conduct contract negotiations with both international and domestic clients, suppliers, and partners
- Provide legal guidance throughout the entire contract lifecycle – from initial drafting to execution and termination
- Maintain and develop our contract templates to ensure up-to-date and efficient legal operations
- Handle civil and corporate legal matters, evaluate options for action, and assess legal risks across the business
- Actively participate in cross-functional project teams, such as Product Management, Procurement, HR, IT, IP, R&D, and Regulatory Affairs
- Support the company in legal matters and procedures
- Enjoy a varied legal environment, touching on multiple areas of law in a forward-thinking company
Your profile
- Master’s degree in law (MLaw); admission to a bar – preferably in a foreign jurisdiction (e.g. UK, US, EU) – is a strong asset, but not mandatory
- At least 5 years of relevant experience in a similar position – preferably within the Pharma or Medtech industry
- Strong interest in international business law, especially in contractual matters within a technical and regulated industry
- Proven experience in contract manufacturing and ideally a solid understanding of product liability
- Affinity for digitalization topics and a willingness to engage with modern tools and workflows
- Excellent analytical and conceptual thinking skills
- Fluent in English (both written and spoken); good command of German a plus, additional languages are an advantage
- Skilled in intercultural and interdisciplinary communication, with a solution-oriented mindset
- A flexible, proactive personality who values quality, independence, and appreciates a good sense of humor
