Partner Management (Large) & Account Management:
• Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned growth Partners & SIs, cultivating and nurturing strong relationships with key stakeholders.
• Work on the Basic Hygiene of the logo which includes, 1) RPC Validation (3 RPCs) 2) Customer Firmographics • Regularly engage with partners to assess satisfaction levels, address concerns, and identify opportunities for further opportunities.
• Organize SLT Visits & Tech workshops to engage with the Partner Engagement.
• Churn Control by reducing Inflow & increasing Restoration.
• Identify and prioritize opportunities for Upgrade, upselling, and expanding product usage based on thorough account analysis.
• Utilize account mapping insights to develop targeted strategies and initiatives to drive revenue growth and maximize account potential.
• Effectively articulate the value proposition of multiple products or solutions offered by our company to address the diverse needs of partners.
• Tailor product pitches and presentations to align with the specific requirements and priorities of each partner, highlighting unique benefits and competitive advantages. 3. Cross Functional Collaboration
