Responsibilities:
- Engages with the team and drives teamwork.
- Exhibits exceptional customer service with a solution orientated mindset.
- Assess and diagnose suitcase issues promptly and accurately.
- Perform efficient and high-quality repairs.
- Maintain a net and organised workspace.
- Stay up-to-date on new industry trends and suitcase technologies
- Communicate politely and clearly with customers that come to the repair studio and those who call or message.

- Flexible availability

- Confident using Microsoft Teams and what’s app business.
- Patient and able to work under pressure.
Qualifications
Skills required:
- Previous experience in retail.
- Excellent people skills.
- Team player and motivator.
- Target driven.
- Brand sensibility
- Good command of English
- Flexibility.
- Productive during downtime.
- Ability to work under pressure.
- Ability to withstand constant standing, bending, and frequent lifting of luggage, up to 15kg per item. (Adhere to manual lifting procedure.)
- Computer literate.
