Hi! My name is Julia, VP of Growth, and I am looking for a highly connected and motivated Sr. Affiliate Marketing & Account Analyst to join our talented team. We are a leader in call center technology, lead generation, and telecommunication. Our focus is currently in the Health Insurance and Medicare markets where we have grown substantially and continue to expand.
Our core philosophy is to build and provide the best customer experience to the end user (currently as an individual enrolling in a health or medicare plan) through seamless telecommunication and digital user experience, while providing a best in class SAAS solution for call centers to manage their operations and customer workflows start to finish from telecommunication to product quoting and operational performance reporting.
In a more simple explanation, this means we are able to partner with organizations to generate their sales opportunity and revenue by handling their website, marketing, operational technology, and operational reporting allowing them to easily make intelligent business decisions improving their bottom line and growth.

As our Sr Affiliate Marketing & Account Analyst you will report to myself, to promote our services through data analysis, building our call program, and our new partner/affiliate programs. A successful candidate would be able to demonstrate themselves as a builder and a connector in the health/medicare insurance industry.
The Opportunity
You will manage, analyze and optimize all third party accounts; online affiliates, CPC platforms (i.e. MediaAlpha/quinstreet), call partners and communicate actionable feedback to management.
Utilizing data you will identify opportunities to improve efficiency and areas for optimization for third party campaigns.
You will troubleshoot and cross check
You will perform weekly/daily campaign data analysis and optimization
You will monitor, cross check and report on campaign progress and effectiveness daily
You will drive new call partner and online affiliate onboarding process and execution.
You will support new and existing partners/affiliates to meet sales, revenue and efficiency goals.
You will assure positive performance in day-to-day operations for all affiliate/partner campaigns and all assigned growth projects
You will manage and grow relationships with all third party accounts.
You will assist in managing the development and implementation of lead generation campaigns; landing page creation, new campaign testing, a/b testing etc.
You will manage the compliance approval process for new ads, content, assets etc.
You will assist in project coordination activities including: competitive research, marketing plan creation/launch, testing plan creation/launch.
You will review QA call recordings and provide actionable feedback to partner.
You will comply with all compliance regulations and guidelines, following ethical practices.
What you bring to the table

You have an analytical background, proficient working with excel, and are able to break down statistics and metrics in a digestible report to leadership weekly.
You are highly self motivated, proactive and are the subject matter expert in your domain.
You are flexible and able to work in a fast paced, data driven environment
You have demonstrated progressive success in the marketing/ lead generation space with experience specifically in health/medicare insurance and can bring prior business contracts in the industry on day one.
You have experience with Digital Marketing, Marketing analytics and Partner/Affiliate Marketing networks.
You are proactive, curious and are not afraid to think outside the box and try new strategies.
You have strong interpersonal skills - Constant communication with partners and leadership is key.
You are a team player and highly collaborative across various teams.
You have an entrepreneurial spirit and are a continuous learner
You always remain courteous and maintain professionalism under pressure.
You are an expert in Google Analytics, Google Suite, Five9, Bobberdoo and/or other telephony platforms preferred, Everflow and/or other affiliate tracking platforms preferred.
You have effective communication skills - verbal, written, listening
You are comfortable in a regulated environment with privacy, compliance and legal guidelines.
Location & Hours
This is a Remote position (We are hiring in FL, TX, OH, CA + Our HQ is located in Fort Lauderdale, Florida + Columbus, OH)
Hours of operation: 9 AM- 6 PM (EST) Monday - Friday
Compensation
Our Range: $80-100k
