$65,000 up to $200,000 PLUS a year

Sheehy Lexus of Richmond is seeking highly motivated and results-driven EXPERIENCED SALES CONSULTANTS for our FLOOR and INTERNET Teams and EXPERIENCED SERVICE ADVISORS that are experts in the art and science of customer service to join our team as we continue to EXPAND and GROW! Attitude is everything: listening to each customer, building a relationship based on trust, determining their vehicle needs, and presenting well-informed recommendations is key to success in these roles. ONE year or more of proven experience in sales, customer service, communication and negotiating skills in sales and/or service is REQUIRED. Excellent training provided. Individuals with Prior Automotive Experience are encouraged to apply! Bi-lingual skills are a PLUS!!!

REQUIREMENTS
- A minimum of ONE year of SALES or SERVICE experience REQUIRED.
- Goal-oriented, results-driven with a positive attitude about sales and helping clientele.
- An energetic and outgoing personality that's motivated to succeed.
- A good work ethic with stable employment history and a verifiable track record in sales.
- Excellent communication, customer service and follow-up skills.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Must be authorized to work in the USA with a VALID, NON-SUSPENDED, CLEAN DRIVER’S LICENSE.
- Able to pass a pre-employment background check, Motor Vehicle Record check and drug screen
