About the Role

We’re looking for a Senior Recruiter to join our fast-growing SaaS company and take ownership of full-cycle recruiting across key functions including GTM (Sales, Customer Success) and Product/Engineering. You’ll be a trusted partner to hiring managers and play a critical role in scaling our team with top talent who align with our values and mission.

Responsibilities

  • Manage full-cycle recruiting for 10–15 open roles across Sales, CS, Product, and Engineering
  • Partner with hiring managers to deeply understand team needs and refine job descriptions, scorecards, and interview processes
  • Own sourcing strategy and actively build top-of-funnel pipelines via LinkedIn, Gem, referrals, and creative channels
  • Drive structured interview processes with a focus on quality, velocity, and candidate experience
  • Use and maintain our ATS (Greenhouse) for all hiring activities, reporting, and compliance
  • Represent and refine our employer brand in candidate communication and external presence
  • Track and report hiring KPIs (time to fill, funnel metrics, quality of hire)
  • Oversee administrative office and company operations ensuring a smooth and efficient work environment

Requirements

  • 4–7 years of full-cycle recruiting experience in high-growth tech, preferably B2B SaaS
  • Proven ability to hire for both go-to-market and technical roles
  • Strong sourcing skills with a track record of closing passive candidates
  • Experience with Greenhouse or similar ATS
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Highly organized, autonomous, and able to prioritize across multiple requisitions

Preferred

  • Experience at a post-Series A/B startup
  • Past experience hiring internationally
