Job Summary:
 We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Racquets Instructor to join our team at either our Fairfax or Arlington Facilities. The successful candidate will be responsible for conducting adult clinics and providing private lessons to players of all skill levels.

Job Duties:
 • Lead instructional sessions for adult clinics.
 • Provide personalized private lessons to meet the needs and goals of individual players.
 • Develop lesson plans tailored to different skill levels, from beginners to advanced players.
 • Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment for all participants.
 • Ensure safety protocols are followed during all sessions.
 • Maintain communication with the Director of Racquets regarding scheduling and any updates or changes. 

Requirements:
 • Proven experience and expertise in playing and teaching racquets.
 • Basic knowledge of tennis techniques, rules, and scoring.
 • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
 • Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
 • Enthusiastic, team-oriented, and dependable.
 • Current CPR/First Aid certification is a plus.
