Princeton Property Management is seeking a skilled and motivated Mobile Maintenance Technician II to oversee three properties in Tigard! If you're a self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced, hands-on environment and values teamwork and communication, we want to hear from you.

What We’re Looking For:
✔️ Minimum 2 years of experience in property maintenance or building engineering
✔️ Strong organizational and communication skills
✔️ Ability to work independently and flexibly across multiple properties
✔️ Valid driver’s license and a properly insured vehicle (required)

We are offering $28.00 to $30.00 hourly depending on experience, including a monthly $100 auto and $85 phone reimbursement. 

What is needed from you:

Experience in property/apartment maintenance, including minor electrical, plumbing, and appliance repair.
Maintain clean exterior of grounds, including adjacent streets, which affects curb appeal daily.
Maintain common, garbage dumpster, and trash receptacle areas.
Complete apartment turns.
Complete resident maintenance requests promptly and thoroughly.
Maintain a clean, safe, and organized working area.
Perform preventative maintenance inspections.
