Where you’ll work…
This position is based at our brand-new facility on W Lincoln Avenue in West Milwaukee—a key part of our expanding operations.

When you’ll work…
We are currently hiring an experienced Packaging Operator to join our 1st Shift team in West Milwaukee. Overtime is available!

🕚 Hours: 7:30am – 4:00pm, Monday through Friday, with potential for overtime on Saturday and Sunday.  Schedules are subject to change based on production needs. 

What you’ll do…

  • Prepare ingredient totes accurately based on daily production schedules and pick lists
  • Scan and verify all ingredients using handheld scanners and the inventory system to ensure traceability
  • Stage and deliver totes to the appropriate production lines in a timely and organized manner
  • Monitor product rotation and shelf life; return unused ingredients to appropriate storage locations
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization in the tote prep area, adhering to sanitation and allergen control standards
  • Follow GMPs, safety policies, and standard operating procedures
  • Work closely with inventory, mixing, and production teams to ensure seamless material flow
  • Accurately document and label all ingredient movements and product information

Why you’ll be successful…

  • 1+ years of experience operating equipment in a food manufacturing or similar environment
  • Familiarity with scanners, basic computer skills, and an understanding of inventory control
  • Ability to follow instructions precisely and maintain a high degree of accuracy
  • Physically capable of lifting up to 50 lbs and standing/walking throughout the shift
  • Strong attention to detail and safety practices
  • Reliable, team-oriented, and eager to contribute to a fast-paced production environment
