Location: The Aster Apartments; Beachwood, OH; 206 units

Schedule: Full-Time. Monday-Friday; Weekend availability required

Salary: $70,000-$85,000, based on certifications and experience

Banner Property Management is seeking an experienced and dynamic Property Manager to oversee operations at our luxurious 206-unit, five story mid-rise, and all market rate community, The Aster Apartments, located in the desirable Beachwood area. What You’ll Do

As Property Manager, you'll be responsible for the overall management and success of the community. Your role will involve:

• Leading and developing onsite staff across leasing, maintenance, and customer service functions.
• Driving resident satisfaction and retention by cultivating a welcoming, service-oriented environment.
• Managing marketing, budgeting, financial reporting, occupancy, and rent collection.
• Ensuring compliance with legal and company standards.
• Promoting a team culture that motivates performance and professional growth.

You’ll be the face of the property, a go-to resource for your team and residents, and a key contributor to the community’s ongoing success.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• 2–4 years of experience in market rate, multi-family property management, with proven skills in budgeting, financial analysis, leasing, marketing, and resident relations.
• Tech-savvy, with experience in property management software (Yardi a plus).
• Excellent communication and leadership abilities.
• Physical ability to perform essential functions (walking, climbing stairs, lifting up to 40 lbs., etc.).
• CAM or CPM certification is a plus.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable personal transportation for local job-related travel.
• Willingness to work occasional weekends, as needed.
