Description
We are seeking a dependable, courteous, and safety-conscious individual to serve as a Gate Attendant. This role is essential to ensuring animals do not move from one section to the other.
Please note that this position will be in a vehicle and observing 8 hours a day. Must have an ability to sit for 8 hours a day.
Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure animals do not pass from one section to the other.
- Report to Wildlife leadership animals attempting to cross cattle guards.
- Monitor vehicle traffic to ensure safety and security.
- Report any unusual behavior or safety concerns
Requirements
- Must be 18 years or older
- Valid Driver's License
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Comfortable working outdoors in varying weather conditions
- Ability to sit for long periods
- Willingness to work weekends, holidays, and irregular hours as needed
