As a Service Advisor, you’ll be the key link between our customers and service technicians, ensuring a smooth and satisfying experience for every guest.

Schedule:

• Tuesday – Friday: 8:30 AM – 6:00 PM
   
• Saturday: 7:30 AM – 2:00 PM

Responsibilities:

• Greet customers and ensure prompt, courteous, and effective service
   
• Communicate vehicle concerns clearly between customers and technicians
   
• Provide concierge-level support in-person and over the phone
   
• Maximize daily technician productivity and efficiently dispatch work
   
• Maintain high customer satisfaction and experience standards
   
• Answer questions related to vehicle issues, warranties, and services
   
• Support warranty claim processing and department administration
   
• Foster a positive work environment and ensure compliance with company policies and regulations
   
• Maintain strong working relationships with factory representatives and internal teams
   

Qualifications:

• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record (required)
   
• High school diploma or GED (required)
   
• Friendly, professional, and organized with strong time management skills
   
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
   
• Proven track record of service/sales success and customer satisfaction
   
• Ability to work independently and within a team environment
   
• Well-groomed and professional appearance
