Facilitator II
The Facilitator II plays a pivotal role in orchestrating and leading dynamic training sessions and impactful workshops, cultivating an inclusive and collaborative learning atmosphere that empowers all participants. This position requires exceptional communication skills and a keen ability to think critically, along with a deep understanding of various pedagogical approaches. The Facilitator II must adeptly adapt and innovate teaching methods to address the diverse adult learning styles and needs of participants, ensuring a rich, engaging, and transformative learning experience that drives personal and professional growth.
Key Responsibilities and Duties
- Supports the knowledge, skills, and productivity of the organization's associates by providing engaging instructor-led training, virtual instructor-led training, new hire instruction, and train-the-trainer sessions.
- Acts as a consultant in designing and developing learning materials and resources.
- Utilizes adult-learning principles and facilitation techniques to assess and recommended appropriate learning methods.
- Ensures the delivery of high-quality, effective, targeted instructor-led delivery.
- Maintains detailed records of learning activities and participant progress to ensure compliance and support continuous improvement.
- Stays informed about current industry trends and best practices in training facilitation.
- Offers guidance and mentorship to Facilitator I, cultivating their skills and encouraging professional development.
- Leads advanced training sessions that utilize innovative techniques and methodologies, enhancing overall learning outcomes for participants.
- Develops strategic partnerships with Learning and Talent Development partners to enrich learning programs and equip participants with essential real-world insights.
Minimum Qualifications
- 2+ years of related work experience
Preferred Qualifications
- 3+ years of related work experience
- Must be willing to travel up to 25% of the time to our corporate offices and branches across the U.S.
Educational Requirements
- University (Degree) Preferred
