Grimaldi's is hiring a Key Supervisor! 

This position acts as a backup to our front-of-house managers. Key Supervisors will open and close the store, run shifts, hold pre-shift meetings, communicate with guests and employees to solve problems, collaborate with other managers to provide better customer service, and increase profits. Key Supervisors spend about 75% of their week serving or bartending and about 25% as a backup manager. During their time as Key Supervisors they will work as an extension of management to help implement initiatives and maintain brand consistency.
