Hybrid Service Delivery Associate bei ATI Business Group

As part of our global Implementation team, you will support the onboarding and setup of Amadeus solutions for travel sellers and airline partners. This role is essential in ensuring a smooth start for our customers, directly contributing to customer satisfaction and operational success.

Main Responsibilities:

• Manage and execute basic service requests for solution implementation 
• Prioritize tasks based on urgency and service level agreements
• Use internal tools (e.g., GOT and Maestro) to track and deliver assignments
• Follow established processes and escalate issues when needed
• Collaborate with senior team members for guidance on complex tasks

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree from any major
• 3-5 years in service delivery/product implementation, 3-5 years working in multi-cultural environment,
• Experience that would be valued additionally: Travel Industry, Product management, Project coordination
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Problem-solving mindset and willingness to learn new tools
• A team player who works well in a global, cross-functional environment
