Key Responsibilities
- Build and maintain strong client relationships through direct outside sales
- Manage commercial roofing projects from sale to completion
- Serve as the client’s main point of contact throughout the claims and roofing process
- Coordinate vendors, subcontractors, and crews to meet project timelines and standards
- Oversee budgets, documentation, and collections
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in commercial low-slope roofing sales or project management (residential is a plus)
- Strong track record of sales success in a team-oriented environment
- Great communication skills; comfortable with basic tech tools
- Valid driver’s license
- Ability to lift 50 lbs and climb ladders/roofs as needed
