Thor Motor Coach is seeking an experienced systems candidate to join our team in Elkhart.

Job Responsibilities:

• Timely auditing and documenting of defects of all RV systems
• Troubleshoot electrical and plumbing issues
• Water testing and air checks
• Ensure all defects are repaired and are verified before each line roll
• Ensure all units are up to code
• Communicate to production employees common defects and work jointly on solutions
• Answer employee questions and help train
• Communicate to other inspectors regarding defects found in their particular area of inspection.

Job Requirements:

• Ability to manage time effectively
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Attention to detail and quality
• Must be able to work in a fast paced environment
• Requires constant movement including in and out of units multiple times per day
• Must have a flexible schedule
• Previous RV experience preferred
