Woodlands Medical Aesthetics Institute, one of our premier partners, is expanding and looking for a Nurse Practitioner to join their new state-of-the-art location opening soon in Montgomery, TX.

Led by board‑certified gynecologist Dr. Johnny Peet, our team of skilled providers, including RNs, licensed medical aestheticians, and certified laser technicians, the clinic delivers cutting-edge treatments ranging from BBL HERO®, Halo™, and EMSCULPT®, to injectables like Botox®, Dysport®, DAXXIFY®, and dermal fillers, as well as body contouring, skin tightening, PRP therapies like diVa® and EMSELLA®, and bioidentical hormone optimization.

In this role, you will play a key role in delivering high-quality, patient-centered care in a supportive and dynamic environment. This position requires strong clinical skills, a keen eye for detail, and a genuine passion for enhancing each patient's natural beauty.
You will be responsible for assessing patient needs, developing personalized treatment plans, and administering aesthetic procedures with the highest standards of safety and care. Collaborating with a dedicated team, you will contribute to a growing clinic focused on holistic wellness and optimal patient outcomes.

Work Schedule:
This is a full-time position requiring 38+ hours per week. We believe in maintaining a healthy work-life balance while ensuring business needs are met.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct thorough, comprehensive, and holistic consultations to assess patient needs, concerns, goals, and lab results; develop personalized treatment plans, provide tailored skincare recommendations, advise on appropriate MedSpa services, and suggest retail skincare products.
- Prescribe and manage hormone therapy, supplement regimens, and other wellness-focused treatments.
- Perform high-quality Neurotoxin injections (e.g., Botox, Dysport), dermal fillers, laser treatments, and other advanced aesthetic procedures with precision and expertise.
- Provide clear instructions and guidance to patients regarding medical care, pre-treatment, and post-treatment protocols, ensuring they are fully informed and comfortable with their treatment plans.
- Ensure patient satisfaction through consistent follow-up care, maintaining clear communication and addressing any post-treatment concerns to foster long-term relationships and repeat visits.
- Maintain meticulous, accurate, and timely patient records and clinical documentation in electronic medical records, including treatment details, consent forms, photographs, and follow-up care, ensuring accuracy and compliance with regulatory standards.
- Comply with federal, state, and local legal and professional requirements by studying existing and new legislation; anticipating future legislation; enforcing adherence to requirements; advising management on needed actions.
- Adhere to all safety protocols and infection control procedures, ensuring a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for both patients and staff. Comply with clinic policies, procedures, and OSHA regulations.
- Ensure treatment rooms are well-maintained, clean, and organized, adhering to infection control and sanitation standards.
- Monitor inventory levels of injectable products, skincare products, and other supplies. Assist with ordering, stocking, and ensuring products are stored properly.
- Collaborate effectively with colleagues, management, and other healthcare professionals to ensure smooth operations and high-quality patient care. Collaborate with clinical leadership to create and refine protocols for new services as the clinic expands.
- Stay informed and serve as a subject matter expert on wellness and aging, keeping up-to-date with clinic offerings, products, and services.
- Accept full responsibility, authority, and accountability for providing excellent patient care, adhering to the highest standards of professionalism and ethical practice.
- Ensure an exceptional patient experience by delivering the highest standard of care, promoting patient satisfaction and well-being.
- Demonstrate strong brand loyalty and actively promote the clinic’s services and values, both individually and as part of the team, ensuring a positive experience for every patient.
Qualifications:
- Licensed Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant (NP/PA) with current licensure in the state of TX.
- Previous experience in a clinical or bedside hospital setting is required.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Nurse Injector required. Additional experience with hormone replacement therapy and lasers is a plus.
- Desire to continually grow your practice by learning new procedures and therapies.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to educate patients and collaborate effectively with the medical team.
- Meticulous attention to detail in treatment administration, patient assessment, and documentation.
- Ability to work well in a collaborative team environment.
