Shift: Monday – Friday, 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM

Life Line Emergency Vehicles is hiring a Liquid Spring Installer and Welder to join our Chassis Team. In this critical, hands-on role, you’ll remove and replace vehicle suspension components with advanced liquid spring systems—directly enhancing the performance and safety of emergency vehicles that serve communities across the country.

What You’ll Do
Install liquid spring systems by removing and replacing old suspension components
Align systems, follow torque specs, and bleed brakes for optimal performance
Use tools such as torque wrenches, drills, torches, and impacts with precision
Complete basic electrical connections and follow installation manuals
Perform welding on the chassis as needed to support suspension installations and modifications
Use MIG welders, torches, drills, torque wrenches, and other tools to complete work safely and accurately
Conduct thorough inspections and quality checks throughout the process
Support cost and time efficiency goals with a team-first attitude
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area
What You Bring
Required Experience:
Suspension installation and mechanical repair experience (automotive, truck, or heavy equipment)
Proficiency with tools like drills, torque wrenches, impacts, and torches
Ability to read schematics, wiring diagrams, and installation manuals
Familiarity with basic electrical work and brake system adjustments
Preferred:
Welding experience (MIG or stick welding a plus)
Prior experience with emergency vehicles or similar specialty builds
Knowledge of Life Line’s products or willingness to learn
