ACC Management Group, Inc. is currently seeking a reliable and skilled Maintenance Technician to support the upkeep of 60-residentials units in Price County, WI. This part-time role offers flexible hours—approximately 8 hours per week—and is ideal for someone looking to supplement their income, stay active in the skilled trades, or enjoy a steady, low-pressure position within a respected property management company.
As a Maintenance Technician, you’ll be the go-to person for maintaining the safety, functionality, and overall appearance of the property. We’re looking for someone who takes pride in their work, enjoys problem-solving, and is comfortable working independently.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform routine maintenance tasks including minor plumbing, electrical, and carpentry work.
- Respond to work orders and complete repairs in a timely and professional manner.
- Conduct regular property inspections to identify maintenance needs and ensure a safe living environment.
- Coordinate with property management and vendors for specialized repairs or contracted services.
- Assist in preparing units for new residents by completing turnover tasks as needed.
- Maintain a clean and organized maintenance area and adhere to safety protocols.
What We’re Looking For:
- Previous maintenance or handyman experience, preferably in a residential or multifamily setting.
- Basic knowledge of building systems including HVAC, plumbing, and electrical.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and take initiative.
- Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license.
- Availability to respond to occasional after-hours emergencies (optional but preferred).

Requirements
Knowledge, Skill & Ability Requirements:
- 1-2 years of maintenance experience required.
- Multi-family property maintenance experience is preferred.
- Basic knowledge and understanding of electrical, plumbing, groundskeeping, and troubleshooting.
- Must be able to physically inspect the properties.
- Basic knowledge and able to use a variety of equipment including circular saw, drill, jig saw, electrical tester, hand tools, power tools, and cordless tools.
- Maintain valid driver's license with acceptable driving record.
- Flexibility with working hours and availability for on-call emergencies
- Ability to prioritize and possess efficient time management skills.
- Demonstrates excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong customer service skills with ability to handle complaints in a positive and time efficient manner.
- Goal-oriented and team player.
- Ability to work independently under tight deadlines.
- Exhibits a high degree of professionalism and respect through appearance and interactions with others.
Personal Tools:
It is expected that all Maintenance Technicians will furnish their own basic tools. The exception would be any specialty terns, i.e., ladders, that are property specific.
Supervisory Responsibility:
This position has no supervisory responsibilities.
Work Environment:
This operates between an indoors and outdoors environment. This role routinely uses tools and equipment and consists of a lot of moving around and walking to perform the tasks.
Physical Demands:
The physical demands described are those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of the job. While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to talk or hear. The employee is frequently required to physically stand, walk, bend, climb, and use full hand range of motion and finger dexterity to touch and feel. Must be able to reach with hands and arms and lift up to 50 pounds and as needed.
Travel:
Travel is to property locations using personal transportation. Must also be able to travel to all trainings and meetings arranged through the Corporate office periodically throughout the year.
