JOB SUMMARY

Location: Northwest, Arkansas. Responsible for generating new business with primary focus in point of purchase displays, generating new business and sales opportunities in targeted market segments to support corporate vision and goals.  Vision to sell other business value propositions with industrial packaging, graphic packaging, fulfilment, tubes, cores and labels.

DUTIES AND ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS

  • Responsible for growing business by identifying and pursuing new opportunities by achieving revenue plan. 
  • Work across departments to develop and implement strategies and lead sales and customer relationships.
  • Advance the sales process by utilizing the Marketing Department and the measurement of effectivity of marketing collateral, marketing communications, and digital strategies.
  • Enable the business through selling process by driving the creation of sales and partner tools such as playbooks, qualification guides, objection handling, ROI calculators, competitive assessment sheets, and FAQs.
  • Collaborate sales support and client services teams to create a solid pre-purchase order to post purchase order plan. 
  • Ensure Vanguard strategic objectives are aligned with Commercial Strategy by maintaining a deep understanding our value proposition and products.
  • Utilizing customer survey feedback and collaboration with sales and creatives services to understand customers’ high-level objectives and drive conversations of what is critical for their specific business needs.
  • Collaborate with Marketing on the creation of proactive touch points to customers utilizing multiple channels such as website, social media, virtual meetings, and virtual software.
  • Utilize Sales Force and other company required sales tracking tools to monitor customer and account activity, to map opportunity visibility, and to drive market and wallet share growth.
  • Provide frequent reports on sales goals, KPIs, and forecasts for sales team to achieve desired results and marketing objectives based upon yearly sales trends and current/developing pipeline.
  • Manage the business brand via industry and community engagement while building and deepening key relationships.
  • Comply with company policies and procedures. 
  • Attendance is an essential duty of the job.
  • Embody the businesses core values.
  • Additional duties as assigned by management. 

 

Travel: As required to support the sales process.
