  1. Business Development & Sales
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities with companies, HR leaders, benefits managers, and brokers.
  • Deliver compelling presentations and proposals tailored to organizational needs.
  • Respond to RFPs (Requests for Proposals) and prepare bids.
  • Meet or exceed sales goals and revenue targets.

🔹 2. Product Knowledge & Education

  • Stay informed on the EAP company’s suite of services: counseling, crisis response, management consultations, training, etc.
  • Educate prospective and existing clients about how EAP benefits can enhance employee well-being, productivity, and workplace culture.
  • Customize service packages to fit the needs of different industries or company sizes.

🔹 3. Marketing & Outreach

  • Collaborate with marketing to create targeted campaigns, webinars, or events.
  • Represent the company at conferences, health fairs, HR forums, and industry networking events.

🔹 4. Reporting

  • Track all sales activities in our database.
  • Report on sales pipeline, account activity, and sales trends.
  • Use data to identify upsell/cross-sell opportunities or at-risk accounts.
