- Educate prospective and existing clients about how EAP benefits can enhance employee well-being, productivity, and workplace culture.
- Customize service packages to fit the needs of different industries or company sizes.
🔹 3. Marketing & Outreach
- Collaborate with marketing to create targeted campaigns, webinars, or events.
- Represent the company at conferences, health fairs, HR forums, and industry networking events.
🔹 4. Reporting
- Track all sales activities in our database.
- Report on sales pipeline, account activity, and sales trends.
- Use data to identify upsell/cross-sell opportunities or at-risk accounts.
