The Quality Improvement Manager directs the management and activities of the quality improvement process in the assigned specialty area of Volunteers of America of Ohio & Indiana according to approved policies and procedures, accreditation and licensing bodies, and grant, contracting and funding entities.

This position requires cross-functional collaboration with clinical, IT, finance, and compliance departments, and plays a critical role in maintaining revenue integrity, optimizing reimbursement, and ensuring services are accurately billed, coded, and supported.

Applicants must have a bachelor's degree in a human services field and a minimum of 5 years’ experience in assigned specialty area.
