We’re looking for a motivated and customer-focused Service Cashier to become the face of our Service Department. The ideal candidate has strong communication skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to multitask in a busy dealership setting. Key Responsibilities:
Greet service customers with a warm, professional attitude
Answer service-related questions and help schedule appointments
- Resolve or escalate concerns to the appropriate team member
Accurately process payments (cash, card, check, etc.)
Issue receipts and maintain the cash register balance
Prepare deposits and reconcile daily transactions
Follow all policies for returns and exchanges
Maintain and update appointment schedules
Organize vehicle and customer records
Support service advisors and techs with clerical work
Adhere to company policies and safety procedures
Protect customer information and financial data
Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent
Previous cashiering or customer service experience preferred
Automotive service environment experience is a plus
Basic computer and arithmetic skills
Excellent communication and organizational abilities
Must pass a background check and drug screening
