The Office Administrator is responsible for administration of activities assigned by the Business Unit Director (BUD), Sr. Office Services Manager (SOSM), or others in the Bedford, Texas office. This includes, but is not limited to, performing routine clerical, business development, off-related project, and accounting tasks.
How you can make an impact:- Handling Mail and FedEx deliveries
- Maintaining Reproduction Room and Kitchen (wiping tables, keeping office/kitchen supplies stocked and organized).
- Reproduction/Formatting of reports that are delegated by Project Managers (PM) and/or their staff.
- Assisting in turning in A/P vouchers to corporate accounting once a week (or as needed).
- Assisting in Service and Purchase Orders.
- Assisting in ordering miscellaneous office supplies.
- Assisting in Business Development (BD) Meeting Spreadsheets and updating Deltek Vantage Point (company software) as necessary.
- Assisting in the maintenance of the e-file storage records system.
- Set Up/Clean Up lunch meetings and occasional errands.
- All other miscellaneous duties as assigned.
May also be responsible for the following:
- Miscellaneous marketing support tasks.
- Internet Research
- Monthly Birthday Organization.
- Assisting SOSM with preparation of monthly invoices as needed.
- AA preferred.
- Minimum of 2 years of related admin experience required.
- Must demonstrate ability to work with others and manage deadlines.
- Self-starter able to work with limited supervision; must be highly organized and detail oriented.
