Hybrid Quality Control Associate bei HIKINEX

Masis Staffing Solutions is seeking a Quality Control Associate to join our client’s team. In this role, you'll be responsible for testing, inspecting, and verifying food products to ensure they meet company and regulatory standards. This is a fast-paced position that requires precision, attention to detail, and the ability to make quick decisions on the production floor. 

Responsibilities: 

• Perform quality tests using tools such as pH meters, thermometers, viscometers, and moisture analyzers 
• Verify product accuracy (Net Content, Metal Detectors, CheckWeigher Systems, Vacuum Leaker, etc.) 
• Follow GMP, PPE, and all safety and sanitation protocols 
• Accurately complete required documentation and reports 
• Taste products (may contain allergens) as needed for quality control 
• Communicate effectively in English and follow written/verbal directions 
• Work closely with team members and supervisors to maintain quality throughout production 
• Perform additional duties as assigned 

Requirements: 

• Associate degree preferred or equivalent experience 
• Experience in QA, food inspection, or auditing strongly preferred 
• Basic math skills and ability to read specifications 
• Comfortable standing, walking, bending, and climbing during the shift 
• Strong attention to detail and ability to spot small defects 
• Good computer skills and familiarity with QA process
