- Manage day-to-day operations of multiple corporate level supply chain programs
- Maintain and update supplier master data, ensuring compliance with internal standards
- Coordinate communication between suppliers and across multiple internal functional teams
- Act as a program content expert and offer first-line support for internal and external users
- Manage user roles and group communications to ensure correct users are informed
- Support testing, deployment, and communication of new functionality or configuration changes
- Monitor system usage and compliance to policies and processes
- Generate and distribute reports on supplier performance
- Identify and implement process enhancements within existing programs to improve efficiency, usability, and compliance
- Collaborate with IT and cross-functional groups as needed to implement new programs, system integrations or advanced technical support

- Bachelor's Degree in Supply Chain, Business, Economics (or equivalent experience)
- 2+ Years of experience in Supply Chain, Operations, or Manufacturing
- Proven organizational skills
- Advanced knowledge of MS Office suite including solid Excel skills
- Ability to drive to Plymouth, MN 3+ days per week when necessary
- Work visa sponsorship is not available for this position
