Hybrid Corporate Instructor bei Community Care Physicians

Our Central Billing Office is looking for a full time Corporate Instructor to join their team! This is a 40-hour position, Monday-Friday 8:00am-4:30pm. Hours can vary with training classes.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Develop and implement training programs and curricula to address employees' learning objectives and skill development needs at all levels.
• Deliver engaging and interactive training sessions, both in-person and through virtual platforms, utilizing various instructional methods and technologies.
• Collaborate with department leaders and subject matter experts to identify training needs and develop content that aligns with organizational goals and priorities.
• Evaluate training effectiveness through participant feedback, assessments, and performance metrics, adjusting as needed to improve learning outcomes.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends, best practices, and regulatory requirements relevant to healthcare education and training.
• Provide individual coaching and support to employees to enhance their professional skills and competencies.
• Assist with developing and implementing onboarding programs for new hires, ensuring a smooth transition into their roles within the organization.
• Coordinate with external training vendors and educational institutions to supplement internal training offerings and resources.
• Participate in cross-functional teams and committees to support organizational initiatives and continuous improvement efforts.
• Serve as a resource for staff seeking additional learning opportunities or professional development resources.
• Additional duties may be assigned to meet business needs.

Annual Salary Range: $65,500.00 - $85,000.00
