Essential Roles & Responsibilities 

  • Answer client questions and inquiries regarding services, pricing, availability and payment terms. 
  • Attend Sales meetings to obtain information about market conditions, internal promotions and procedures, industry developments and connectivity. 
  • Contact prospective or existing clients to discuss how services can meet their needs. 
  • Execute sales presentations- quotes, material selections, scheduling and collecting a deposit if applicable. 
  • Emphasize or recommend service features based on knowledge of the client’s needs and vendor capabilities and limitations. 
  • Identify prospective clients using business directories, leads from clients, or information from any trade shows. 
  • Maintain records for leads, prospects and clients in HubSpot, NetSuite and any other database deemed necessary. 
  • Negotiate prices or terms of sales or service agreements. 

Required Knowledge, Skills & Abilities: 

  • Sales: Knowledge of principles and methods for showing, promoting, and selling products or services. This includes strategy and tactics, product demonstrations, sales techniques, and sales control systems. 
  • Customer & Personal Service: Knowledge of principles and processes for providing customer and personal services. This includes customer needs assessment, meeting quality standards for services, and evaluation of customer satisfaction. 
  • English Language: Knowledge of the structure and content of the English language including the meaning and spelling of words, and rules of composition and grammar. 
  • Computers & Media: Knowledge of communication and dissemination techniques and methods. This includes alternative ways to inform via written, oral and visual media. 
  • Persuasion: Persuading others to change their minds or behavior. 
  • Active Listening: Giving full attention to what other people are saying, taking time to understand the points being made, asking questions as appropriate, and not interrupting at inappropriate times. 
  • Speaking: Talking to others to convey information effectively. 
  • Critical Thinking: Using logic and reasoning to identify the strengths and weaknesses of alternative solutions, conclusions, or approaches to problems. 
  • Service Orientation: Actively looking for ways to help people.

Requirements
