In this role, you’ll shape and amplify our voice across the country, manage key relationships with government stakeholders, and craft impactful strategies that elevate our brand and mission.
You’ll be at the heart of our public image—developing advocacy plans, leading communication initiatives, and ensuring our values and goals are clearly and effectively represented to both public institutions and the wider community.
How you will make an impact:
Developing and executing comprehensive communication strategies for Spain and Portugal to enhance the organization's public image internally and externally in close collaboration with global communication and in alignment with business priorities.
Coordinating internal and external communication efforts to ensure consistency and alignment with organizational goals.
Writing press releases, speeches, articles, and other communication materials.
Managing media relations and responding to inquiries from the press and public.
Handling Branding, Brand Positioning, Content Management, Crisis Communications Management, Digital Communications (including Social Media), and Events for Spain and Portugal.
Regularly measuring and evaluating the effectiveness of communication strategies and activities, using KPIs to drive continuous improvement and ROI.
Ensuring all communication activities comply with relevant laws, regulations, and company policies.
Your background:
Proven experience (7+ years) in strategic communications, public relations, or corporate affairs, ideally within multinational or B2B organizations.
Strong media relations skills with an established network of Spanish and Portuguese media contacts and a deep understanding of the local media landscape.
Fluency in Spanish and English (C2 level), with excellent written and verbal communication skills in both languages.
Track record of leading integrated communication campaigns, including digital, social media, influencer engagement, and crisis communication.
