We are looking for a strategic and technically skilled professional to join our Consulting team in Madrid or Barcelona. You will help clients navigate the digital transformation journey by designing and implementing cutting-edge Data & AI solutions, including Generative AI.
Key Responsibilities
Lead strategic initiatives focused on Data & AI transformation, including Generative AI.
Translate analytical outcomes into actionable business insights.
Design and deploy AI models using MLOps practices, ensuring seamless integration into business processes.
Ensure ethical handling of sensitive data and compliance with regulatory standards.
Requirements
Minimum 2 years of experience in Data & AI or related business transformation.
Minimum 2 years in strategy or management consulting.
Bachelor’s, Master’s or MBA degree.
Proficient in English and Spanish (written and oral).
Strong programming skills in Python.
Expertise in machine learning, deep learning, and Generative AI.
Experience in deploying AI models and integrating them into business environments.
Strategic thinking, proactivity, curiosity, and excellent communication and leadership skills.
The position is based in Madrid or Barcelona and follows a hybrid work model, combining remote work with in-office collaboration to foster team synergy.
It is essential to reside in Spain and have legal work authorization.
