Paoli Health and Living is seeking a Health Facility Administrator!!!

CarDon & Associates is now seeking a HEALTH FACILITY ADMINISTRATOR. Responsible for the overall management and fiscal operations of the community and high quality of resident care and services in accordance with professional standards, state and federal rules and regulations, and operational policies. The HFA plans, organizes, and directs all administrative duties delegated by the Board of Directors.

EDUCATION, QUALIFICATIONS, CREDENTIALS: Must possess a current Health Facility Administrator's license from the State of Indiana. Must possess and demonstrate a high degree of leadership, organizational ability, and communication skills. Knowledge of long-term care management, policies, budgeting, personnel management, and census development is required. A Bachelor's degree in a health-care related field is preferred.
