Job requirements

Open for - Mumbai, Pune & Gurugram

In this role, you will be part of our specialist response team responsible for service solutions for high-profile clients, delivering recovery projects and driving quality efficiencies.

Your job title will be Senior Specialist, and you will work on ad hoc, high impact projects as required across the pension administration business, in order to achieve targeted commercial outcomes, performance goals, whilst at the same time, mitigating business and commercial risk.

This role is a hybrid position where you will work from an Aptia office, as well as from your home address.

What you’ll be doing

  • Responsibility for delivering recovery and handover projects.
  • Supporting ad hoc, high profile resolution initiatives.
  • Completing and peer reviewing complex calculations.
  • Analyzing data and trends, implementing quality controls and system updates.
  • Supporting escalated client, member and operational activities, based on an agreed set of KPIs.
  • Improving operational effectiveness.

Here’s what we’re looking for:

  • Understanding of the complexities of the pension scheme administration.
  • DB & DC specialist knowledge.
  • Significant experience of working for/with clients, central or operation teams in the third- party pension administration environment.
  • Experience of delivering in a targeted environment, and an understanding of project, change management.
  • Experience of data and trend analysis.
  • Excellent communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Logical, innovative, methodical and thorough approach to work.
  • Regulatory change experience
